Tariffs for children
(sharing the same room with two adults)
- No cost for children 4 years and younger
- 25 Euros for children 4-13
If three or more adults share the room, we charge each extra person 80% of the room price. All prices are per person/per night. The breakfast buffet is free of charge

Cancellation Policy
If unforeseen circumstances arise, we understand but ask that you inform us as quickly as possible.
If you have reserved accommodation and arrive late or not at all, or leave ahead of the scheduled departure, we will charge a cancellation fee according to EU regulations.
Cancellation Fees in accordance with art. 1382 ZGB
The following cancellation fees apply in case of early departure or cancellation of your booking (Cancellation must be made in writing)
- 21 days or more ahead of arrival date: No cancellation fee
- 20 to eight days ahead of arrival date: 40% of the agreed total
- Eight days or less before arrival date or “no-show”: 60% of the agreed total
Early Departure
In this case, the guest must pay the full price for days stayed and 70% of the price for the rest of the agreed length of stay including any reserved extras. Your accommodation will be available at 3PM on the day of your arrival. Departure is at 10:30 AM.
